I always appreciate when someone will recommend a good service technician to help us with our household problems. I called Erik Santibanez today because my faucet handle actually broke. It was a panic situation for me. Water was gushing fast, and couldn't be stopped. City of Plano came out and shut off the main valve for me. Erik came in 2 hrs which I thought was pretty good. Erik suggested I buy a whole new faucet fixture. He said it was too old. However, after my husband came home, he was angry. The valve was replaced... read more

She call me for fix faucet is leaking they try to turd cold water off broke handle if risk for her for me to go back try to repair I charge $100 per hour remove Get the part and fixed she is gone pay more money to repair I recommend to buy new faucet she was agreed to buy new faucet water valve under cabinet is not turned off so I need replaced to I charge $150 for two labor and valve I don?t now why she complained she never call me back to install new faucet will be additional charge for remove and install new 8 center set ... read more
