I cannot possibly express in words how wonderful this company is but I will try. Eric, the master plumber and owner is fantastic, honest and dependable. When I found out it was necessary to replace my old cast iron sewer line under my slab foundation and that a 63 foot tunnel would need to be dug, I was overwhelmed. Erik installed a gas line into my house for my new range. He did excellent work, pulled the permit needed and kept me in loop about the time line of repairs. Thank you Erik for all your hard work and I will use Master Fix again for a my future plumbing needs!

very fair and reasonable plumber, came and had a set price for clearing a main sewer line, and repaired the two broken clean-out risers outside quickly and reasonably.

Eric arrive on time and work completed successfully. He is highly knowledgeable and very competent. He explained everything and stuck with the quote he gave me initially. Because of this time I hired him again to flush the drain on side of the house, correctly replaced incorrectly installed water piping for the washer and garage sink and replaced old incorrect water faucet outside. He did all these in less than half a day. I would definitely recommend Eric to do additional jobs in my house and to those needing an experienced... read more

Eric arrive on time and work completed successfully. He is highly knowledgeable and very competent. He explained everything and stuck with the quote he gave me initially. Erik came out within an hour to help repair a possible gas leak. He was very patient throughout the process and understanding when I requested that I wanted to get a second opinion to see if American Home Shield covered the services. He only charged $40 to assess the situation and was here for almost an hour.
