Great Auto Repair They are great guys! They always give me good service at a great price. I have been going there for many years.
Good Service I had a great experience at this shop. I only had a smog check & oil change but they had good rates for an 8 cylinder synthetic oil change & the smog check. The best part was it only took about 40 mins. I was surprised to see any of the bad comments. They were polite, helpful & very nice. It seemed to me like a great run family operation.
Horrible I dropped off a part to be welded together and was told it would take 2 hours. I came back at the end of the day and was told it will be done tomorrow before 10 am. I came back at 9:40 am and the work hadn't even been started. I waited another 2 hours there and finally he came out and the parts i brought in were damaged and the work was not done correctly. They still charged me full price and refused to replace the damaged products. Never Again. Horrible
Horrible Service This is the worst mechanic shop I have ever been too. I used to take my car for oil changes. I must admit they had by far the lowest price. However, each time I came they would quote me a new price at which point I always had to remind them what they charged me last time. The most appalling insult was when they broke my oil dip stick and didn't inform me. Upon bringing this to their attention they said they would fix it at no cost (seeing how they broke it). Typical We took our ford tarus here for a brake job. We had a coupon for labor. For both axels, it still costed $200. We called before we dropped the car off. They said it would take 2 hours. It took them 6 hours, and they called us 45 minutes before they closed to come pick up the car. It was bad service; the brakes work. It wasn't fantastic service, either.
NASTY OWNER KARIM KARIM is a liar and will make up and tell you anything to get your car once apart you are at thier mercy and any verbal agreements are worthless, will not release your car until all paper work is signed after the fact at jacked up prices. Honest and Trustworthy Karim is the best mechanic I have ever used and certainly the most trustworthy one I have ever met. I have worked on my own cars since i was a teenager until I recently bought a Mercedes. I have no idea how to work on my new car so i searched for a mechanic and luckily found Karim. I have been going back to him for 2 years now and have nothing but praise for him. Very honest!
