THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!!! I've taken my Cadillac CTS to Master Auto Center and they have always done great work on my vehicle. The first time I took it there, I thought I was some issues with my transmission. I asked them to do the transmission service special and Karim told me that I should have them look at the car first before wasting any money on it. Found out I had a broken transmission mount. Customer Service Pros I have been a customer for a very long time. I always take my car to Mike and he treats me with respect and explains everything to me like a person and not like I am "another stupid woman". I know the job will be done right and the prices are about the same as everyone else.
TRUSTWORTHY, GREAT SERVICE ANYTIME I went to them to take care of my needed service and they have a very nice crew. I came in to have an oil change and they let me know that my brakes had issues, and they didnt charge me extra. Came Back a week later for the brake service and they had a nice young guy working. Very nice guys, they even picked me up when it was ready. I tipped steve and mike greeted me right as I was coming in. They were very helpful and well priced. I recommend them
Untrustworthy DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. This place puts out coupons to entice you to go there, then raises the price once you are there. I went for a smog check but they told me if they dont make any repairs then the coupon is not valid. They also had a coupon for a free chech engin evaluation, but then told me if they were to interperet the reading it would be $40. My mechanic knew the codes and did it for free. I wonder what the damage would be if they actually worked on my car! look at the other reviews!
Horrible lier! Dont go to this garage. They are liers and the technicans suck! I brought my car to there for computer repair because they said they are capable to do the job and they assured me they can fix it. That's why I let them to repair instead of bringing to the dealer which normally cost higher. Unfortunately, it turned out that this garage couldn't figure out what the problem was. BEWARE!! Don't waste your time coming here. I needed a smog check, so I called the Saturday before and was told the machine was not working. I called again the next Monday and he told me to come in because it was working. So I get there and guess what? The machine is not working! They post a coupon in The Pennysaver but don't bother using it, I think they know that if it's only a smog check they don't want to bother with you. Great Service & Trustworthy I normally don't take my cars to mechanics because I don't trust them. I do all the work on my vehicles myself. Unfortunately, there are some things I can't do - like a smog check. I took one of my vehicles to Master Auto Center for a smog check. The service was great and upon checkout they said I needed a new fan belt soon. That just happened to be the one thing on the car I knew was in need of replacement soon. lake forest resident I have had really good luck with this bussiness very fair and honest. I have brought them my vechicle every time I am in town and in need of anything. I believe they are best at what they bring forth a competive front. I also will put in that they have many competors in that facility that show no where near the level of customer servcie. I will keep as my auto center 4 as long as I continue to own property in this quality city.
