The new owner has business experience dating over 20 years and believes incomplete customer satisfaction. We offer free estimates and perform a complete diagonastics on any vehicle when requested. We also perform all types of auto repair including brakes, oil changes, smog checks, transmission repair, or complete engine rebuild. Bad Business for all ! This repair shop fails smog check cars on purpose to keep their repair bays full. I took my car in for a routine smog check. I presented a coupon from the Pennysaver that advertised 19.75 smog check + 8 for the certificate , + another fee because the car was 1986... ok , whatever. The test took over two hours . I tis supposed to take 15 - 20 min. Failed. The car failed the evaporative test . The manager offered to diagnose " the problem" and maybe fix it. I declined the service offer. master auto center (mickey mouse center) Over all I would rate on a scale from one thru ten, a negative ten. I took my camaro there last year and I let them replace my spark plugs. For the past couple months I couldn't figure out why it was miss firing and hesitating, I went back and karim said they would check it out. Sure enough nothing got done. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST! Do not come to this auto shop. I needed my brakes to be replaced. It would take any other auto-mechanic an hour at most, they took THREE DAYS. I was without a car for THREE DAYS. These people have no integrity and are very untrustworthy. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Complete SCAM!!!! DO NOT TRUTST THEM. Master Auto Ctr is a COMPLETE SCAM. I went in on the Smog Coupon. My check engine light was on. I found out that all they have to do is run a quick diag. to see if the "Moniters are ready" or not. They knew it would not pass the smog but continued so they could charge me $36. Good service and price I had service to my window done at Master Auto about a year ago. I was going to be charged almost $450 thru Irvine BMW and ended up getting it fixed for $120 at this service center. It works perfectly and has had no problems since. I went online to make an appointment for another service, read the reviews and am shocked to see the negative ones. BAD WORK!!!!!!!! COULD HAVE KILLED US Do not go to this place.... I had all 4 break pads changed then after waiting 4 hours got the car back after the mechanic test drove it. took the car home and because it was a long weekend we didnt do anything then tuesday we drove to hollywood. drove 45 min from my house when i was downtown la and had a vehical pull up beside me and tell me to check my drivers rear tire because it was either warped or loose. we pulled over and the lug nuts werent even tightened not even the locking ones... read more
Very Bad Customer Service They treated me good on my first visit (when i gave them a business of 500$) . But on my next visit for an oil change, they charged me more than there advertised price in penny saver. and when I ask them to honour there price, they refuse and the owner simply told me not to come next time. so It was a horrible experience for me and a very very poor customer service. Don't Believe Bogus Reviews There is no proof that these are actual customers and not disgruntled employees or cut-throat competitors and there is a business very close by that will do ANYTHING to discredit this business. Master Auto Center has been in business in this location since 1993. They perform quality work and are helpful. I have been a customer and friend for 10 years and there have been other businesses in the center that did not survive because of poor quality of work or bad service.
