very informative and timely. not only do I love the service but they took the time to EDUCATE me on the water I had vs. what I have with my filtering systems in place. So I actually know what I am paying for! My showers, laundry and drinking water are great now. no more wasteful plastic bottled water either which continues the greatness! thank you!
