Culligan as a whole is a very reliable and courteous and my water is awesome.
I feel deceived by this company and their related finance co, Aqua Finance. They do not disclose their equipment is proprietary, I would have NEVER purchased from them had I known.
We have had our Culligan system for only one week but are already seeing the difference in our water quality and taste. Alex did an excellent job of explaining the system and walking us through the different tests. His follow up with us was very professional. We look forward to years of good sevice and quality water.
