great service and all customer service experience.
Love my water systems! Would never use another water company.
When visiting family all got sick from my well water, I discovered that Mast had not ever filled chlorinator as contractually promised. Company then promised 2 years of service, in writing, for free, to keep me from sharing my story. After 1 year company sent me $800 bill. The water was always brown, and was soft for only a few days a month. There is nothing worse than a company that does not keep commitments.
Have better customer service, follow through and be a better company. Promise great water with no problems, then when a problem occurs, service is horrible! When system is disconnected and removed, left alot of pvc pipes they installed, and stated its not their problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! will take to small claims. system was installed on new house and now area looks crappy. I have had Culligan delivered to my home for several years now I use a bottle to refill and take to work. Recently a coworker purchased a water filter that came with a water tester everyone’s water in the office tested in the 200-300 range for contaminates and my water tested at 13. So happy to know I’m drinking safe delicious water. Thank you for being a great company!!
