Great service, never have to worry about running out of salt, prices are very reasonable.
I think it is total bull**** that companies want to charge you for sending you a paper bill...what is this country coming too..that is the same as convenient stores short changing people people they don’t have the correct change...
They are a great company to work with. There's no hassles, no problem reaching them, nor scheduling services. Helpful, reliable, and competent.
Bought a premium water system almost 3 years ago. System failed twice and neither time was covered under the product warranty. Oh and if you want quality systems, other companies will sell you better products for almost 2k less that work without issues.
