We recently had some issues with our irrigation, including some broken sprinkler heads and pipes. Massey was able to assess the situation and get John out to fix it. John is quick, knowledgeable, and gets the job done! He was able to fix two separate issues over the last two months, both of which he completed without us needing to be home. Would absolutely recommend John and Massey to anyone with irrigation issues that need fixed!
The two termite inspection employees were courteous, respectful of property, thorough and explained what they were doing.

Currently trying to get a partial refund. Upon agreeing to and paying for services I was told my plan included 3 visits which would be scheduled for three consecutive weeks. First visit went well, the tech John was friendly and professional. Second week no one showed so I called and someone called me back to schedule for the following Monday. Same tech came out. Residential irrigation services are terrible. This week sent a very nice young person, but he knew nothing about our irrigation system. When I called the manager, he said there would be added charges (hundreds of dollars) for him to come out and help us. We cancelled. We’ll see if they honor their word about giving refunds.
