Unfortunately there were many scheduling issues and no-shows to appointments.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If you want to work with a company who no shows after appointments are made, doesn't give you updates, and just does not care for your business, Massey is for you. Scheduled multiple appointments with them and had multiple occurrences of no shows with no update or anything. When you call the office, the people working there are more clueless than educated. terrible, no one answers the phoes at Massey Palm Beach County
Terrible customer service. I scheduled an inspection as a new customer and no one showed up—no confirmation, no call, nothing. I had to follow up multiple times just to speak to someone. When I finally made another appointment and called to confirm, I got bounced around between employees, and no one could even find my info in the system. Not a single apology for the inconvenience. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I would not trust them with my home or money. Avoid this company.
