terrible, no one answers the phoes at Massey Palm Beach County
Terrible customer service. I scheduled an inspection as a new customer and no one showed up—no confirmation, no call, nothing. I had to follow up multiple times just to speak to someone. When I finally made another appointment and called to confirm, I got bounced around between employees, and no one could even find my info in the system. Not a single apology for the inconvenience. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I would not trust them with my home or money. Avoid this company.
That company is a scam. On their first pesticide application, they basically destroyed most of my plants. After my complain, now they are not responding to the call.
I want to give special recognition to David Whitehead, who is the Irrigation Inspector for Massey Services in the Boca Raton, Florida area. He went above and beyond to help me when I had a serious fall. He was outside my front door, which was slightly open, and heard me cry out. After asking me if I was OK and hearing I had fallen and couldn’t get up, he asked permission to come in.
