HORRIBLE!!!!!!! – My car overheated near Hagerstown in June 2011 and I googled "Lincoln dealers in Hagerstown" because I had to get help ASAP. My search brought up Massey Auto, which was listed as a Lincoln dealer. I drove my car (which was extremely overheated) to Massey. Once there, the men who run the service department told me it would take several days for them to look at my car and fix it, so I left it there.
