I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Massey Cadillac Saab of Orlando. I scheduled a service appointment for 2:30 PM, and it was confirmed the very same morning. At no point during scheduling or confirmation did anyone mention that technicians would be unavailable due to testing hours.
