Came in and got treated right by the Massey north Cadillac team. Everyone from Eloy the sales manager, sales reps Juan ocasio , J Martin and Alexis the finance manager went above and beyond. Come see them when you’re ready this is from a real customer .
I am writing this review in support of my husband after watching how poorly Massey Cadillac of Orlando has handled his experience from beginning to end. Selling a used vehicle “as is” does not excuse a dealership from providing basic professionalism, communication, and customer service. This review does not apply to Damien Savage. He was great. However, Eloy and the way things are ran there is a joke. Purchased a used vehicle from them 4 weeks ago. For starters, the vehicle was not detailed prior to it being sold to me, had to drive back next day to get a “detail” AKA a rinse and wipe down cause my godchildren that are 4 and 6 can wash a car better than what they did. Srx inspected under warranty they sold us. $200 charge. Estimate $7200.00 a/c not working. previous compressor repair (2years earlier) Said lines were bad no freon in system. WRONG Took to 2 other places a/c freon was full!. Ended up having auto zone put in new compressor! Other estimates front end bushing. 2 front tires.
