Worst experience of my life! I have never been treated so horribly & brought to tears. I was literally yelled at by the owner b/c I missed my first appt (injury). I apologized profusely & said the lady I spoke with said it was okay & she made a new appt for me. He made me feel so horrible, I was no longer comfortable getting a massage u ndervthe same roof with him. I asked for a refund b/c he marked my Groupon redeemed. He refused. Overall I had a really great experience! The woman taking care of me really worked every muscle firmly but not painfully. This is a traditional Asian massage, She was climbing ontop of me using her knees and elbows to really work my back! I'm a server and deal with sore muscles regularly and I'm so happy to have found this place! My only complaint is on their website in addition to a sign at the front desk demanding "Generous Tips" They even list dollar amounts that they feel are appropriate, $10,$15,$20 or $25.
