So disappointed with this Business! Had appt for facial, after telling them I had a very small spot of skin cancer removed 5 months prior, they wouldn't do my facial. Even after contacting my Derm Doctor and confirming it was ok even 6-8 weeks after, they would not do it! I took the afternoon off and drove about 40 miles for the appt. I felt the people working there were more interested in arguing with me then solving the problem! Had an amazing two hour massage with aromatherapy. Carissa was my massage therapist and she was excellent. Great technique and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be back.
Booked two 1 hour massages for deep tissue, for me and my best friend. We were promised good quality deep tissue. While I got a really good massage by Mai, my bestie got Margie and it was terrible. Nothing more than a light rubdown, Repeated requests for redirection to upper back and neck went ignored and when the issue was brought to management, we were told to purchase another massage at the introductory rate!
