Was gifted a massage by a friend and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Been looking forward to this for weeks and then because my therapist had car troubles she called into work. There are other ways to make it to work. Now because of this my appointment was cancelled, and they can't get me in for a time that works for me until march 27th. Super not happy that now I would have to wait a whole month AGAIN for this. Displeased.
Massage was not an hour long only 40 minutes. Told them my neck and shoulders hurt and barely worked on my neck. Went in with a tension headache and left with a tension headache.
Great staff! One of the best massages I've ever gotten!
