I received a pre-paid 90-minute massage session as a birthday gift from my wife. First, I tried to schedule it and was pushed out 6 weeks into the future in order to get a time slot since I'm not a "club member". Unfortunately, I had to miss my scheduled appointment yesterday because of a family event during which I was unable to call. A few minutes ago, I called to reschedule and was told that my appointment was charged in full because I was a no-show & did not call ahead - something I could not do, given the circumstances.... read more
I am noticing a trend in negative feedback for your business and Im not suprised. I tried to rechedule same day for a later apt that was still available from the day before and you refused to do it unless I paid 50% more. Not a customer friendly business.
Love this place and how great and relaxed I feel there. Top notch massage therapists!
I have gift cards, free massages and more and refuse to go there unless I can't see my regular girl.. They are pushy and rude at the front desk and you can never get in with just a massage without being hassles to buy more.. I dread calling to even make an appt and recommend anyone looking for a hassle free and actual relaxing massage to go somewhere else because the front desk and management is nothing but a headache..
Offer to make things right when they make a mistake that costs you money!!
Once again, a wonderful experience. My massage therapist was kind, listened to my requests, and did a fantastic job. I was so relaxed on the table I'm pretty sure I was drooling at one point. But seriously, other than trying to schedule a massage since they are so busy, this place is great.
When an expected appointment is changed to a different service, time and length without notification this concerns me and I feel I should be compensated for the lost time I can never get back waiting in the “tranquility “ room which isn’t too tranquil right now!
