I have been trying to cancel my family's memberships for a month. The receptionist kept telling me that someone would call me back. I called for the third time yesterday and was told that the first two phone calls were never recorded. I was told that someone would get back with me that day. Nothing. I called again today and was told the manager was in a meeting and would return my call when she got out. Again, nothing. Wasn't impressed with the service! 10 min wasted, just because i wasn't told to get undressed and lie down on the table. Only some fingers were massaged, felt rushed.
Love the girls at Massage Envy in West Wichita. Sarah is easily the best massage therapist I've ever had and I've been going to her for 5 years.
My first facial was amazing and I plan on going again!!!
First time getting a massage and I will definitely being going back! The massage therapist I had did an excellent job feeling great today!
