Last Sunday I called for 2 and a half hours after no answer I drove there. I was told they had a employee call out and another one was late. They said they were sorry and booked me a appointment for this weekend. I showed up 20 min early to find out that they canceled my appointment because the therapist was sick. There was no space available for me once again. I feel that I have wasted to much time and have gotten nothing in return. I am very unhappy was what I have seen here.
I booked a 90 minute couples massage for me and my husband who are celebrating a special occasion. A week later I get a call saying there was an error and someone double booked the couples room so we wouldn't be able to have the couples room but would have to have 2 separate rooms. We were disappointed but accepted the change hoping to still enjoy our time. I have been trying to make an appointment for a couple weeks now. I have done multiple online requests and tried calling the store as well. No one answers and I get the message to leave a message. Well I have no been able to leave a message because it is full.
