My therapist was in a hurry, pre-occupied and could not be bothered to pay attention to the injured person on his table. His lack of focus/awareness caused additional injury. Instead of hands that were tools of healing, he was a tool of damage/destruction. Massage Envy does not care about the wellbeing of their clientele, or they would hold their therapists to ANY standard of care. ME's only concern is profit. If you care about yourself, do not take your business or body here.
RecommendedWent in for my first massage. Front desk people where polite and helpful. (Rachael) did my massage. I highly recommend her. She was very caring, compassionate and truly did a outstanding job. The heated bed I loved. Very professional I give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will be back
it's been 3 years since I've had a massage and I I suprised my fiance with each of us getting one for valentines day. I wish I could remember the girls name but she worked my back over well and I feel like a new man

Had recieved gift card for 1 50 minute massage. When I scheduled appointment wasn't told prices went up. Hit me up with that at the end of appointment.

I was back in yesterday for a massage and facial. Presley is definitely my go to for when my back is bothering me. I had never found anyone able to get me that relaxed during a massage with medium to firm pressure. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and willing to help schedule out as well as walk me through questions I had. Horrible customer service, staff acts entirely clueless 99.9% of the time, rude, never calls back when voicemails are left. We won't be returning. Definitely not worth the membership per month.
