As of now my 1st visit was awesome. Patient care and customer service is a must for me. I am a provider as well and I look for good service. A lot of times good customer service is so hard to find. Enjoyed the visit! I look forward to a long lasting relationship for my family and I.
As going to the Dentist office is never something I look forward to, I was impressed with the staff and their ability to make my visit as good as possible. They were attentive to my needs and very positive on informing me on every detail. If going to the Dentist is in your future, East Wichita Dentist will take care of your needs and make it a pleasant experience.
I was very pleased with the work Tiffany did on my teeth. It is always nice to get a good report nothing else needed to be done. Everyone was friendly, as usual. This makes it a pleasant experience. It is always a good feeling to have really clean teeth.

Having lost previous dentist after 23 years, I am so pleased with my decision to join EWD. I found his entire staff to be friendly and professional. No pressure and answered all my questions. Dr K took the time to introduce himself and his outlook in patient care to me.

Such a great experience (even though I had a root canal). Office was very clean and the staff was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Koepsel, Patricia, and staff really care about their patients!!
The team at EWD is always friendly and goes out of their way to make sure the patient is happy and comfortable. Dr. Koepsel and his assistant(Roxy I think?) are totally in sync when working on a tooth. It really puts you at ease to have such a great duo working on you. Dr. Koepsel even called in the evening to ensure I was doing okay after getting 2 fillings done. He's called me every time I've had work done. My hygienist is amazing too.
