My experience was great as always..Every one is always very nice
I came in after not seeing a dentist in a very long time. I was in a great deal of pain and really nervous. The entire staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and comforting. I have never had quite the experience at a dentist before. The dentist himself made 100% sure that I was in no pain and completely numb before he started working on me. I felt informed and cared about!!
My husband and I have our yearly check-ups every year around this time. Our conversation on the way home is usually how fortunate we are to have found East Wichita Dentist. Dr. Koespel and his staff are beyond friendly and do such an amazing job keeping our teeth healthy. I have never had an uncomfortable appointment with them, in fact, I call it my quiet time! They do their work while I relax! We highly recommend East Wichita Dentist, Dr. Koespel, and his friendly, professional team!!
Michelle, my favorite hygienist was out sick at my last appointment. Kelsey filled in for her. She was wonderful. The camaraderie in this office is so fun to be a part of!
I never thought going to the dentist would be so enjoyable. Dr. K and his staff have a passion for helping people and it's evident in their practice. This is a one of kind dental practice because they truly care for their patients. After my crown procedure (which they were able to do in one day), I received a personal call from Dr. K as a follow up to the procedure (which he stated he does for all his patients). Again, this team goes above and beyond and has exceeded all my expectations.
Your dentist office was by far the best time I’ve ever had at a dental appointment. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable immediately upon entering the building. There is no doubt that Dr. Koepsel will be my permanent dentist.
How can you NOT give this DOCTOR and HIS STAFF the TOP REVIEW IN GREATNESS..FRIENDLINESS..AND PROFESSIONAL CARE? YA'ALL ARE AT THE TOP OF THE CHARTS! My husband and I are SO BLESSED to have found such a compassionate, loving office. LUV YOU ALL!!!! Again, thank you for your service to Wichita.
Tiffany always does a good job. She was very diligent about getting the stains off my teeth. She always works in a very professional manner. This makes the cleaning a good experience. I really appreciate her and how she does her job.
I had an over due teeth cleaning. The tech was very respectful and sensitive to my needs. Dr. Koepsel was considerate and talked to me in a manner I understood. He was also respectful of the assistant. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists, so am reluctant to go. I definitely recommend this office
