I truly enjoyed my last appointment. Something I would have never said years ago. My gums don't hurt anymore thanks to the skilled staff and doctor. My gums and teeth have shown great improvement over the last 8 months. The friendly staff makes me feel like family. I especially want to thank Tiffany who works with me on a regular basis. I appreciate East Wichita Dentist, soooo much!! Dr Koepsel is such a caring, compassionate and gentle dentist. His concern for his patients is his #1 priority. I’ve never known of a dentist who would personally call to ensure your visit went well and to see if you are ok. He monitors my medications and health history religiously. It is obvious the entire staff is happy! I always see smiles and am treated like a friend. Everyone is professional and most pleasant! I’m lucky I found them, and recommend them highly!

I don’t ever mind going to the dentist since I started coming here 30 years ago. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Dentist is professional and very personable. I recommend my Dentist to anyone looking for a new dentist. Dr. Koepsel always treats his staff with respect, which is very important to me.
the completion process went super. The tooth fits well and has provided support to the adjacent forward tooth.The sensation that I had in the forward is gone and my mouth feels like it should. It was the right decision to have the implant done. Thanks to all.
I chipped a tooth Monday morning. It was not painful but I called right away so I wouldn’t risk losing more of the tooth. They gave me a 1:00 appointment. I figured since they were working me in that I would have to wait. But I was seen right away. Dr Koepsel is friendly, professional, and competent. He fixed my tooth quickly and with no discomfort. Dr.Koepsel is very easy to talk to and get along with as well as his office managers. Also, Michele does a great job cleaning and checking my teeth!!
I have been a patient for some time now, I came in with a need for a large amount of restorative work. From the receptionist to financial to insurance to hands-on caregivers, all are professional, engaging, and compassionate. I've always received full disclosure of procedures and their costs. I have had a lot of anxiety about dental work due to previous experiences and I have absolutely no complaints here. Only praise.
I really enjoy Tiff. She knows how nervous I get and she always makes me feel comfortable when I’m there. She is definitely a sweetheart.
