I expected to get a massage for relaxation purposes but Jen found out that I had knots and tightness in my back and shoulders. Afterwards, I felt great and continued to feel so for the duration of the day and subsequent days.
This was my third massage. I had my second one in November, which included a aromatic facial. I appreciate that Carol is very soft-spoken and is always making sure that she concentrates on specific areas. Also, a lot of the time she let me be quiet to just enjoy!! The lighting and music are very relaxing, I could have just fallen asleep!! I'm looking forward to my next appointment on Feb. 26 for 1 1/2 hours. Also, the ladies at the front desk are very accommodating and sweet, especially Letitia.
