My neck and shoulders were very tight. He not only hit the right spots but also stretched my neck and shoulders that helped relieve the tightness.
Pressure was perfect. Very relaxing which was just what I needed.
Front desk is always very sociable and friendly when checking in/out. Laura is great therapist, very talkative if you want to engage, as well as able to remain silent if looking for more of a relaxing touch.
Nicole was amazing pretty great! I have had over 200 massages in my life and this one was the best ever ever ever!!! She truely covered all the parts I asked for and the pressure was perfect too! Relaxing and she didn't chat which was a nice change from most of the other therapists.
I was in much need of work on my back and neck. I feel exceptionally better and much more relaxed in my back an trap area. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely be returning.
I am relatively new to massages. Other therapists I have been to before did a mediocre job compared to Tracy. She really focused on my shoulders and neck and I have never felt this great after a massage before. I live in Oceanside and was down in UTC on a whim, but I'm glad I was because ill be coming down here for a massage everytime.
I have recommended to 2 of my friends who live in San Diego to be a member of mssage envy. I come to massage envy at Costa Verde(UTC) since it opened. I had lower back pain before I join to massage envy as a member, but now my pain is almost gone.!!
Carol again used hot towels on my neck and shoulders and, this time, she also put them on my feet. What a relaxing feeling!! Keep up the good work, Carol!
Sarah used massage and stretching techniques like no other massage therapist that I've had that was able to result in relieving the soreness and tightness in my lower back.
