I got a gift card for there..not bad the first 3 visits then decided to try aroma therapy and deep muscle massage. .they charged me for aroma therapy which didn't happen then I got bruised from massage..requested to cancel membership thought ok good they listen. .think again they took my money still.well I will never recommend them to anyone..still fighting to get my money back! !!! In contact with a lawyer! !!!! Also Better Business Bureau
It is so hard to stop the membership it's not even funny. And if you don't they keep on charging you every month. DON'T JOIN
Tells new members their unused massages roll over but does not warn them that they lose them if they cancel their monthly membership! Lost 15 massages. Thats $600!
HORRIBLE!!!! MY FRIEND REQUESTED A MASSAGE ABOUT A WEEK OR SO AGO AND THESE PEOPLE CALLED HER AN HOUR BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT AND TOLD HER THEY GAVE IT AWAY TO SOMEONE WITH A DAMN CREDIT CARD AND WE MADE A SPECIAL TRIP JUST TO GET A FUCKING MASSAGE..... DONT FUCKING GO HERE THEY ARE ALL BULLSHIY!!!!!!!
After years of going to a different Massage Envy location I had finally had enough and was in the process of cancelling my membership due to poor customer service. I had a few more massages to use up first and I tried Massage Envy in St. Cloud. The staff at the St. Cloud location are the sole reason that a year later I still have my membership! Beautiful very clean environment. Friendly front desk and professional Massage therapists. Very accommodating hours and many Therapists to chose from. Along with a great prices. Being a member has many great benefits! There is no place like it.
