Extremely disappointed in them. I've been a member for 2 years and the past 3 months they have had to cancel or reschedule my appointments. For one person it's not so bad but when you have a couples massage scheduled and you have to rebook for 2 people it sucks. Do not plan on continuing my membership after my hours are gone. And would advise against anyone going there. When told of the cancelled massage they said don't worry we will credit this appointment back to your account. Really??? Took me a bit of time to connect with a Massage Therapist that I really like, but well worth it! I have the monthly membership for massages and love it!!!
If I could put zero I would they don't explain that if you gift a massage and end your membership it voids the gift so they keep your money and don't give the massage. Bunch of crooks
Beautiful location and very friendly staff! I'll be back next time that I'm in town.
I've had several different people give me massages at Massage Envy. Every one of them did the job the way I asked. My favorite is Emily. She knows just how hard and gently works the knots out.
I like my therapist Ally, the only issue I have so far is the I'm paying for 90 minutes and your not getting 90 minutes.
The best place ever to get a massage! Highly recommend Massage Envy!
