I love my therapist Megan, she does a awesome job of working out my knots and rough spots. I have had trouble getting a phone call to tell me about my next appointment now that they have gone to the automatic phone system. Plus I have made appointments on the phone and when I go in they don't have me down for one so that has been frustrating.
Not very impressed. I went thru several before finding one I like and she didn't stay long. :(
It was a great experience! I signed up right away for a monthly membership. I can hardly wait for my next massage! Meagan was wonderful, her massage was just what I needed. The staff was friendly, caring and very helpful. I recommend Massage Envy to everyone!
Massage Envy's therapist are ok in general, some better than others. Biggest issue is their "membership" structure. Once you sign up it is very hard to get out. Think time share. If you don't use your monthly massage it will bank. But if you ever want to cancel or put you monthly billing in hold you will not be allowed access to the banked massages you have already paid for. Visited this location during a work trip and was paired with Jason. He did an excellent job relieving the tightness in my back, shoulders, and neck. I would highly recommend!
I would never recommended anyone to go to Massage Envy! I read all the negative reviews and I can relate to everything they say. Long story short they suck!!
