Rude staff/management and criminal business practices. Tried telling me they couldn’t give me my account info (amount of pre-paid services in excess of $800) unless I paid for additional services or paid a lower monthly maintenance fee (for which I’d receive no services) to keep my account open. Very unprofessional office staff. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend them to any one.
Poor business practices. They had one of the best massage therapist in town but could not make it work with their poor business practices
They never have appts and will not work with you . DO NOT sign up for a membership. I am calling my bank and stopping payments to end my membership nobody at the front desk Is able to help figure this problem out!!!!!!!!!-
I feel like I am talking to morons every time I call and have a problem with my account. I have been with them for 3 years and I will be canceling and making damn sure other people go to local massage therapist not this monopoly of a business. Plus an hour massage is only 45 minutes. A rip off! �����
Terrible place. They keep asking for more customers but have the worst, most inconvenient few available times. Greedy company and the manager has terrible customer experience
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Chris the receptionist was great, very friendly! I had Vicki as my massage therapist today, everything was explained well and she genuinely listened to my concerns! I was very happy with amount of pressure and her technique! Thank you for a great experience! Will most certainly be recommending to friends and family :)
