Second time I was told a time for an appointment and after waiting 15 minutes was told my appointment was 30 minutes later. I have canceled my membership and would NEVER recommend this group.

Scheduled a massage days in advance for a 12pm appointment, massage envy even sent me an email reminder yesterday. I showed up early to fill out paperwork etc and was sent to the waiting area. After 15 minutes I walked back to the front desk and asked if I needed to reschedule, they called the person who was supposed to massage me and she either forgot or was never told she had a massage. A few weeks ago a friend had the same situation happen to them. They obviously have an issue with how the facility operates and schedules ... read more

I had an appt @ 15:00. April was absolutely amazing. Facial by Andrea loved it. This was my first visit, the staff was professional, they are so amazing I booked for a massage Sunday. I will keep you posted 😉.

Charged $95.00 for less then an hour massage. In Al that's REDICULOUSE! Had I had any clue before it was going to be so expensive I never would have gotten it.
