Absolutely the worst service ever. You need to keep paying monthly to use your sessions even if you want to end your membership. They won’t let you use them or catch up unless they keep charging and keep charging. Good luck finding a decent masseuse. 🚫⭐️’s none!
If it wasn’t for the customer service at the front desk I would totally recommend this location. Every massage I’ve had here has been great. However, I became pregnant recently and since then, they have not been able to figure out how to correctly schedule an appt for me. This has happened the past 4 times. They either schedule it with someone who is not prenatal certified, or schedule it on the wrong day. Worst customer service ever more than one occasion.
Had an amazing experience. I brought my niece in for her birthday and her first facial. Michelle was so good with her. Explained step by step what she was doing. My niece was so excited to start her new facial routine!! My massage with Dan was also great. I would highly recommend both Michelle and Dan! The front desk team have always been so nice and helpful every time I have come in.
