Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
I made an appointment for Wednesday Jan 8th. I received a call that afternoon saying the massage therapist had an emergency and needed to reschedule. The massage was rescheduled to Sunday January 12th. I got another call that day stating the therapist was not available they would need to reschedule it again. They are terrible at scheduling and cancel appointments or just happen to lose the one you had booked. No return call from the manager either
Almost impossible to get an appointment even a month out.
