Amazing therapist. .. she was able to unravel all the knots in my back. The best birthday gift by far!

Soooooo done with this location! Have had one month pre booked massage canceled numerous times from this facility just hours before massage. Very, very disappointed with turn over on massage therapist and lack of concern for the inconvenience of working parents looking forward to an hour of relaxation, arranging babysitting only to hear "Sorry, can we reschedule for another day? !" Not yet giving up membership, but hopefully finding better customer service and management from another facility.
Horrible customer service. I would give five stars if this was solely based on my therapist, Serena, who is amazing. She is the only reason I still go to this poorly run establishment. Over the past two years the front end has messed up my schedules more times than I can count. I have even been charged cancellation fees when I shouldn't have been. They think the solution is giving me free massages and enhancements, but they need to start looking at hiring girls in the front that know what their doing. They obviously care mor... read more
