They were able to quickly set up an appointment for me. My therapist - Bree - was great in addressing my tension spots and making me feel refreshed! I recommend doing a stretching session followed by a massage for the best results.
My mother scheduled a facial for her birthday, and she waited there for over 30 minutes. After waiting so long they told her there was a mixup and her appointment was canceled. They also said there wasn’t anything they could do. I will never use massage envy ever again! Horrible way to treat someone and waste their time.
This was my first visit to Massage Envy. I was highly impressed with the professional staff and the very serene atmosphere. I got a nice and relaxing massage from Lacey, who addressed all my concerns and worked out the stress and tightness in my shoulders and back. The aromatherapy was a nice touch to the relaxing massage! I highly recommend Massage Envy of Ontario and I will definitely be back!
