I am glad I saw these reviews after I went or I would have ended my contract from leaving N.Y. since in am now fifty miles away. However, I had a great experience there. Megan was a great massuese and I will most definitely go back. I had my whole hour. Was asked problem areas. I.carry stress in my neck she stuck w me to get it loosened up. I'm glad i.did not end my contract.
I have been with this locations for over 5 years. Whenever I have a bad experience for a massage they always make it right and comp me a session which I've always appreciated. Now being in a new state dealing with awful customer service I call my home location and they even help me from afar. LOVE THID PLACE. Yes it is expensive- but worth it! The staff was great and my masseuse Dana was amazing! Very thorough on her interview to get exactly what I needed from my massage. The only thing I was disappointed in WA s that Massage Envy no longer offers a military discount on a regular massage just a membership.
Lindsay with Massage Envy is the best. Extremely professional and one of the best massage therapists I've had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
