I’ve been a dues paying “member” for about six months now and been able to successfully book one appointment (when a slot was open) that was convenient for me. Marisol was great :) BUT My second attempt was NOT GOOD! I booked concurrent appointments for my girlfriend and I weeks in advance only to get a call canceling her appointment that same day, I requested that they also cancel mine as I was not going to make her wait while not getting one. Great place. The employees are wonderful and very professional. I highly recommend this place.
So I got a gift card from a friend and they stated there was a massage on the card. Even if a person got a card 5 yrs ago, you pay for an hour massage, you should get an hour massage. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that I would have to be charged a non member rate of 90!!!! So I have to pay the difference??!!!! Um this is why I have my membership with Massage Luxe instead!!!!This is why l left massage envy in the first place, definitely not looking out for the consumer.
My first time getting a actual real massage and I loved it. The front desk receptionist were friendly and nice. I didn’t know how everything would be set up, due to the fact of me being pregnant. But Annette worked everything out perfectly. I will be seeing you all after my son is born.
I had a relatively good experience, but as others have mentioned the hallways are noisy and you can hear conversations as you're trying to relax.
