RecommendedIt was nice and relaxing!! I love the new look and the Massage Therapists and estys. Thank you
I’ve been a dues paying “member” for about six months now and been able to successfully book one appointment (when a slot was open) that was convenient for me. Marisol was great :) BUT My second attempt was NOT GOOD! I booked concurrent appointments for my girlfriend and I weeks in advance only to get a call canceling her appointment that same day, I requested that they also cancel mine as I was not going to make her wait while not getting one. I was then told that they would keep all my money for canceling too late! Sierra ... read more
RecommendedGreat place. The employees are wonderful and very professional. I highly recommend this place.
So I got a gift card from a friend and they stated there was a massage on the card. Even if a person got a card 5 yrs ago, you pay for an hour massage, you should get an hour massage. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that I would have to be charged a non member rate of 90!!!! So I have to pay the difference??!!!! Um this is why I have my membership with Massage Luxe instead!!!!This is why l left massage envy in the first place, definitely not looking out for the consumer.
My first time getting a actual real massage and I loved it. The front desk receptionist were friendly and nice. I didn’t know how everything would be set up, due to the fact of me being pregnant. But Annette worked everything out perfectly. I will be seeing you all after my son is born.
I had a relatively good experience, but as others have mentioned the hallways are noisy and you can hear conversations as you're trying to relax.
Bayle and sherry were amazing, looking forward to my next visit
