The prenatal massage is fantastic
My 12 yr old daughter (yep, 12 is the youngest, same sex therapist & parent stays in the room), who is on her school track team, had her 1st ever massage yesterday from Ms. Annette and she loved it!!! Between classes and sports she needed to relax and Massage Envy was able to make that happen. Ms. Annette sat and talked to my daughter about the process and really listened to my daughter. The receptionists screwed up my apt twice in 1 week!!! Absolutely terrible!!! Then, the manager tried to cover their a** and say it’s bc my membership is under Rebecca and I go by Becka...nice try but that doesn’t even make sense when they had no apts for either name both times! I would never recommend this place to anyone much less go myself. On to massage luxe where the employees are competent!!
