Very friendly staff at reception. Had both a relaxing massage & a facial. My massage was so relaxing, I actually dosed off for a while. The woman who did my facial was very knowledgeable & explained each product as she applied them. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely go back.
I go see Brandi every month. Really nice and she does a great job!
Although I enjoyed my massage immensely, I was turned off by the generic scripted sales pitch on my way out... "if I did not sign up now for future service, the rate is double"... I was not prepared for the pressure exit plan Massage Envy had in store for me. They took a nice relaxing experience, and turned it into an uncomfortableness of sorts...
