Been a massage envy member at mt Juliet for several years. Had to cancel my membership in April due to upcoming major surgery. Then I was charged in May. After several emails and a phone call to manager Misty the charge was removed from my credit card. Then in June I was charged again! Sent an email again to Misty this morning. No response. I have a membership there. Love it. Much better massage than Nashvilles high end spa. Very professional. Facials are great too. Tells you about each step.
I have been getting massages for over twenty years. Mitchell was the best I have ever had. Great relaxing environment as well. I would definitely recommend this location.
