I canceled my membership in September. I haven’t had any charges taken out of my account until today. I called to explain that I was charged for a massage today. I was told that manager would call me to settle this. I still haven’t heard from anyone. I called back and of course no manager is available. Still waiting on Misty Pockraci, the general manager, to call and settle this. My experience was ok, I asked the young lady that was doing my massage, how does the pressure that’s applied to the shoulder blades and other parts of the body benefit the body...she said I don’t know, it’s just part of the massage 😳.... you have to know the anatomy of the body to do a message, and the benefits of how pressing on certain areas will help or hurt a client, my message started at 8:05, and it was over at 8:55, I thought I paid for an hour.
Total Body stretch with Laurie was amazing! She was awesome!
