The worst massage I have ever gotten. I’ve had a headache ever since I left there on Thursday. Using knuckles to massage hurts and leaves you sore with a migraine js. I even asked what she was doing and told her I didn’t like it but she continued with her “technique”. Today I can’t move the right side of my neck/shoulder. I will not go back, that was their second chance.
I will be looking elsewhere going forward. They advertise that they are opened on Sundays but when I called for an appointment, I was told that Sunday's are for members only.
My boyfriend booked a prenatal massage for me over a week ago for my birthday. We rearranged my entire birthday for me to get a massage at the appointed time, and I took off work. Get there and after filling out paperwork, they tell me they can't give me one until I'm out of my 1st trimester. (My first pregnancy I received massages at all stages throughout my pregnancy and my 9 year old is perfectly healthy) This small bit of info should have been discussed over the phone when initially booked. Great place with a great staff. GM is awesome and so nice.
I signed up for their stretch session to see if it would help with some neck pain I was having. It was amazing. Jeremy was awesome, he explained to me about all of the stretches and what we needed to focus on. He gave me a sheet with stretches on it I could use at home. There was no pressure at all to sign up for a membership. However I was so impressed with everything and everyone as soon as the front desk gal mentioned it I signed up. A great experience overall!
