Went today to receive my "2 hour" hot stone massage that was purchased for me for Christmas. As the massage ended, I noticed that the massage only lasted 90 minutes and not the full 2 hours. When I brought this up to the front desk girl, she said they designate 30 minutes of my massage for the therapist to clean her rocks afterwards! This was never mentioned when I set up the appointment because I wouldn't pay extra for 2 hours just to have 30 minutes of it for them to clean their rocks! I am a member and would recommend this service to everyone. Jasmine is very attentive and thorough. She ALWAYS asks me if there are specific areas that need attention. Awesome!!!
This weekend was my 4th time there. Although my first time the therapist was very good I took a chance and scheduled the following month. I was assigned to Isis and she is amazing! I've a couple of times with no known areas of concern, but with her thoroughness she found problems I didn't realize I had. She was very attentive and communication was excellent. My scheduled appointments are sometimes the highlight of the month.
Wendy is awesome! She does a great prenatal massage!
Massage Envy midtown is spectacular! I get bi-weekly massages and his has tremendously helped with my lower back and neck pain.
