Went today to receive my "2 hour" hot stone massage that was purchased for me for Christmas. As the massage ended, I noticed that the massage only lasted 90 minutes and not the full 2 hours. When I brought this up to the front desk girl, she said they designate 30 minutes of my massage for the therapist to clean her rocks afterwards! This was never mentioned when I set up the appointment because I wouldn't pay extra for 2 hours just to have 30 minutes of it for them to clean their rocks!
