Complete ripoff. Lie about promotions and try to squirm their way out of it. Don’t expect anything but scam after scam. No criticism on the masseuses, but they will have to work somewhere else before I take my business here again.
Customer service is the worst! Plus, you can never get appointment times and the business is poorly managed.

I have dealt with the Midtown location for over a year. The massage therapists are good but the facility is so poorly run that I've given up. I am going back to local spas where they actually care about the customers. (As I write this review, I'm sitting in the waiting area because they don't have a therapist booked for the appointment I made over a week ago.). First world problem, yes, but bad business is bad business.
This place is awesome nice people and a great deal on massages. Thank you Justin your amazing.
