Great massage! Went to this location to try it out (it's brand new)...had an awesome experience. The massage was incredibly relaxing, relieved a lot of stress...facility was clean and the staff was very nice. I plan on coming back.

Won't go back Won't be going back. Arrived early to fill out paperwork as recommended. Therapist was still late picking me up from lobby. Therapist knew I was really only there for my back but spent 30 minutes of a 50 minute massage on my legs. He never even touched my lower back. I'm pretty sure I paid for a glorified lotion application. My therapist was sick and spent the entire massage coughing and sitting. I've never had a massage therapist sit down for the entire massage! Better every time Happy customer I've been a member of Massage Envy for nearly a year now. This is my home facility and I love it. All M.E.'s therapists are professional and well trained, but like any personal treatment, results will vary and the same instructions given to different therapists will yield different results. Find one you like and keep going back -- it just gets better every time.

I have been a member at Massage Envy for approximately 12 years. This is the worst location I have been to and worst overall professionalism shown and experience. Appointments were very hard to book. It took 10 - 15 min and a 30 - 45 day advance notice to get 2 massages at the same time. I booked 2 90-minute massages for my husband and me over a month in advance. Due to COVID, we obviously can’t do a couples massage. We got there, and I went directly back only, which was great, only for my massage to end 20 minutes early. Wh... read more

I called last minute and had an appointment 1 hour after I called. I had Jamie for a 60 min relaxation/deep tissue massage. Overall great experience. The Front desk lady was awesome.
