Therapists are good but the business only cares about your money. I ended my 1 yr membership after the year was up because they charge you $10 per session to give your prepaid sessions to a family member. Also because you can only give one of those sessions at a time. So if you want to give your spouse a 90 minute Massage gift you have to pay for a 1/2 session plus the $10. As always, I had wonderful experience at Massage Envy. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I had an excellent massage from Kelly. She helped to relieve some of my neck and back pain. I will definitely be back.
