Therapists are good but the business only cares about your money. I ended my 1 yr membership after the year was up because they charge you $10 per session to give your prepaid sessions to a family member. Also because you can only give one of those sessions at a time. So if you want to give your spouse a 90 minute Massage gift you have to pay for a 1/2 session plus the $10. As always, I had wonderful experience at Massage Envy. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I had an excellent massage from Kelly. She helped to relieve some of my neck and back pain. I will definitely be back.

I like this place so far... but thanks to Mandy. She is the best massage therapist they have. Thanks to her I fell so much better! The only thing annoying in massage envy is that let's say you schedule your massage at 3.00 pm but it doesn't start till 3.07 and if it's let's say for 2 hours it finishes at 4.53/ 4.54 so you are loosing up to 15 minutes of your time from my experience. Massage Envy Buford lacks moral character and ethics. My brother died last week and I called to cancel his membership this morning. The girl said she would have to talk to a manager and call me back. During the day they posted a $59.99 fee to his card a day earlier than last month and when I call back they refused to refund or credit his card. This is a bad company run by little people. You can get a massage anywhere why work with people that treat others in this fashion.
