Absolutely a terrible company to deal with. Gave a friend one of my massages & she had a really bad experience after the massage. Therapist was great, but front desk ruined the entire experience. I have left multiple messages for the store manager. She nevers calls me back & it's rare that anyone answers the phone live. I would not recommend this company. Surely there are much better places to have a more positive outcome. So disappointed!
The massage therapists are great, but the clinic continues to be run very poorly. Highly recommend not working here. Turnover rate is extremely high because of poor management and drama initiated by management.
Anthony is the bond! I feel like jelly after one of his massages. I booked last minute on another occasion and got a very young therapist. She was sweet and enthusiastic but she needs to shadow the older more experienced therapist like Anthony. She did a lot of pushing and pulling instead of massage. I felt like In a car on a bumpy road getting jostled around.
I was hesitant to start a massage regimen, but the ladies here have assured me that my body will be happier and healthier thanks to it!! The desk staff is tremendous (and stunning!!) and they will walk you through everything, and answer all questions. My therapist, Tracy, is OUTSTANDING! She ensured that I was always relaxed and comfortable. I signed up for a membership, and will be going back every 2 weeks to keep myself healthy. Can't wait to try STREEEEEETCH!!
