I had an appointment at 4. I got there early at 3:15. The girl behind the desk told me that Tracy had to leave and that they called all of her appointments that day and cancelled. I informed her that I had not received a call. She checked to make sure that they had the correct phone number. They did. I reiterated to her that I had not received a call or text. she didn't apologize or even acknowledge my response AT ALL!! I didn't get ANY sort of apology. If you want to ruin a special occasion come HERE!!!! VERY disappointing!! I scheduled a couples massage at this location as a surprise birthday gift for my husband! The morning of the appointment I get a call that one is the therapist called out! SO WHAT! instead of accommodating the already scheduled appointment they offered to give us different appointment times and a free service! This defeats the whole purpose of a couples massage. I’ve been a member at this location for a couple of years. Many good therapists, but Leon and Anthony are my faves. It’s difficult to get in on short notice, but it’s because people book in advance for the good therapists. I look forward to my monthly massages so much!
Very disappointed in the way this company runs their business. The membership process is 100% a scam and they just want your money. Even when the membership came to a close it just renewed with no communication to the customer that hey if you would like to end your contract now is the time there was none of that. Majority of these locations are franchised out and they do not know good business.
