I moved so I had to cancel my membership. the owner/manager at this Lodi location has not called me back once and I started the process of canceling my membership on Dec 4. it is now Feb 5 and each month my cc keeps getting charged. I've called corporate, no one called me back, I called other locations and unfortunately the only person who can reverse my charges and take care of canceling my membership is the manager at the Lodi location. at this point I am leaving bad reviews, contacting the BBB and having to file fraud and... read more

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had getting a massage. My husband and I were told it would be deep tissue.. it was simply an oil rub down. We were both shorted on time.. I have called to ask for a supervisor 5 times!! 5 times and have never received a call back. I then called corporate and have yet to have follow up from them too. It’s been almost 4 weeks and no follow up! I will NEVER go there again! And it’s sad because I’ve been a member with massage envy for a long time. But this is unacceptable...

Bad for all the small massage therapy businesses in town, bad for independently employed massage therapists. Its like a big box version of massage therapy. �
