They are liars and thieves
I moved so I had to cancel my membership. the owner/manager at this Lodi location has not called me back once and I started the process of canceling my membership on Dec 4. it is now Feb 5 and each month my cc keeps getting charged. RecommendedThee best massage spa I’ve ever been to! Even joined the membership because of how professional and amazing the staff was! I will be back once a month!!!
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had getting a massage. My husband and I were told it would be deep tissue.. it was simply an oil rub down. We were both shorted on time.. I have called to ask for a supervisor 5 times!! 5 times and have never received a call back. I then called corporate and have yet to have follow up from them too. It’s been almost 4 weeks and no follow up! I will NEVER go there again! And it’s sad because I’ve been a member with massage envy for a long time. But this is unacceptable...
RecommendedYou'll be happy with whatever u choose. It was awesome and well overdue.
My first time today and this place was super awesome! Lauren made me feel like a whole new person. I will definitely be back and refer all my friends and family point
Bad for all the small massage therapy businesses in town, bad for independently employed massage therapists. Its like a big box version of massage therapy.
